In my Typography II class I was told to capture photos of typography everywhere we saw it. It was a fun challenge to be tasked to take 200 pictures of typography in the world. It was intriguing to be anywhere such as a grocery store, pharmacy or even in the car and snap a picture of some type.

I found it especially thrilling when I was in Philadelphia and there was a new type at every turn of my head. I love photography and this assignment was eye-opening to how typography is so important and makes up our world.
